1. Scope & Legal Rights

This policy applies to purchases made via our online store by consumers within the United Kingdom. We operate in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Under UK law:

You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

You have a 14-day “cooling-off” period for online purchases, followed by 14 additional days to return goods after cancellation.

You do not automatically have a right to a refund if you change your mind or order the wrong size — such returns are offered at our discretion under this policy.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Mis-described Goods

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us at [insert email] within a reasonable time of receipt, including your order number, details of the fault, and photos/videos if possible.

We may request that you return the item for inspection. If we determine that the issue is a significant fault (for example, a major defect that affects use or makes the product materially different from its description):

We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair (at our discretion); and

We will refund the standard shipping cost you originally paid, as well as any agreed return postage costs.

If the fault is minor or results from misuse, normal wear and tear, or damage after delivery, we may refuse a full refund or offer a partial one at our discretion.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or acceptable proof of return.
3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item (different product, size, or colour than ordered), please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you and will either:

Send the correct item (if available); or

Issue a full refund once the incorrect item is received.

Shipping costs will only be refunded where the mistake is confirmed to be on our part.
4. Change of Mind / Wrong Size / Unwanted Goods
We understand that sometimes an item isn’t quite right. While we are not required by law to accept returns for such reasons, we offer a goodwill return option under the following conditions:

You may make one (1) return per order for change of mind, incorrect size, or unwanted goods. Additional returns from the same order are at our discretion.

A £2.50 handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item. You then have another 14 days to return it.

Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

You are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind or sizing returns.

Once we receive the goods in acceptable condition, we will refund the item price only, minus the £2.50 handling fee.

Shipping costs (both original and return) will not be refunded for these returns.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order for the desired item.
5. Exclusions & Conditions

Returns are not accepted for certain goods unless faulty, including: personalised or custom-made products, perishable items, and hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. earrings, underwear).

Returns received outside the stated timeframes or not in resalable condition may be refused.

If returned goods are found to be used, damaged, or missing original packaging, we may issue a partial refund or reject the return.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, but any changes will apply only to future orders.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Shipping costs will not be refunded unless a significant fault or major fulfilment error is confirmed by us.
